One of the most common things that people say about Temple Menorah when they first come to services is that it is like a family. We do not come to family events because we must; we do it because we like to see everyone.
The people who come to Temple Menorah do it because they want to pray of course, but also because they like to be with one another and whenever someone new even enters our services for the first time- they will greet him, ask who he is and quickly embrace him or her into the community- I know it, they did the same to me only a few years ago. It is my ambition and my call that every member will have access to parts of his Jewish life through music, liturgy and the Hebrew language through this corner or otherwise.
