Abraham Isaac Kook, the first chief Rabbi of Israel, taught that there are three things that actually are one: The Torah of Israel, The People of Israel and the Land of Israel.
That is why here at Temple Menorah I emphasize the study of Torah so much. Sharing Torah leads one to then feel a spiritual camaraderie with other Jews. This sharing of such great common history and tradition in turn brings us to Chibat Tzion, the love of the Land of Israel.
