At the beginning of our Seder we declare - "Kol Dichfin Yeitei V'yeicholl" - everyone who is hungry come and eat." And this year, there may still be people in our communities who are feeling the lingering effects of COVID-19 and who may find making Seders difficult. We are here to help.
If for any reason you need help with the Seders this year please contact the synagogue office and Rabbi Josh will get in touch with you to arrange for meals to be picked up from the synagogue or delivered. If you know of other Temple Menorah members who live alone, older couples who are self-quarantining, are having financial troubles, or any other members who for whatever reason find making Pesach too difficult this year, please contact them directly to let them know about this arrangement. You must contact the synagogue office by Monday, March 15th to allow us time to make arrangements.
We only have limited funds available for this endeavor, so if you would like to make a donation to help our community with this holy mitzvah, you can contact the office or make your online donation here; we are waiving the 3% credit card fee for donations at this time. Please make sure to choose Rabbi's Discretionary Fund from the payment type drop down menu and add "Passover Assistance" to the payment notes section. If you would like to help us deliver these meals, please contact Rabbi Josh directly here .
Lastly, we are available to answer your questions and talk about anything, especially during these difficult times.
