Mazal Tov Alessandro Chemla! Alessandro James Chemla was born on August 30th, 2007, son of Angela and Laurent Chemla and the middle child, older brother Lucas and younger sister Sienna. Alessandro is grateful to be sharing this special day with most of his family, in particular his grandmother Mercedez Villegas and grandfather Franklin Chemla who came all the way from Israel to be with him. Unfortunately his grandmother Claude Nina Chemla, Aunt Vanessa Chemla and cousin Jenna Marciano
could not be here to celebrate with him due to travel restrictions, but they are with us in spirit. Alessandro is proud of his Jewish upbringing. From the age of 5 years old, he began his Jewish studies at Temple Beth Sholom, then joined the Chabad at Venetian Island for the past three years. Today is a very special day as he has worked very hard to make himself, G-d and his family proud. Alessandro is an avid tennis player and enjoys playing competitively. He also enjoys wakeboarding with his brother on the weekends. He is a very dedicated student who cares about his grades and expanding his knowledge. Alessandro will continue to help in the community, he has enjoyed volunteering in Mitzvah Day and also helped to deliver groceries to those in need at the beginning of the quarantine. Alessandro is a true Virgo, Type A personality, who thrives in perfect organization and planning. At the same time, he is witty and quick with smart jokes. Alessandro loves to spend time with his friends on the weekends and brings so much joy and laughter to those around him. Alessandro we are all so proud of you!
