TU B’SHVAT SEDER LED BY RABBI JOSH & AHUVA FRANCO Join us for a festive meal and ceremony that celebrates the holiday of Tu B’Shvat, the New Year of Trees. A time to reflect on our relationship with nature and fruit trees, and to envision ourselves as partners in healing and cultivating the natural world. The Seder will take place in Olemberg Hall, immediately after Shabbat Services, followed by an Israeli-themed kiddush lunch!
HOSTAGES TO BE RELEASED
Phase one of the ceasefire, starting on Sunday, January 19, 2025, will see the release of 33 individuals who have been held in captivity for nearly 500 days, allowing them to return home. The list is not in order of release, and does not indicate the condition of the hostages. Israel believes that most of the 33 are alive.

Victim of Terror Tamar Edri, age 75, of Nehariya, died from wounds sustained in a Hezbollah rocket attack on Nov 26th. She had been hospitalized and fighting for her life ever since. Tamar is survived by four daughters and nine grandchildren.
