MATZAH WITH A MISSION
On the border of Egypt and Gaza, in the heart of the Negev Desert, lies Shlomit, a community dedicated to faith, resilience, and tradition. Here, Emunah Matzah is handcrafted from locally grown wheat and water from Jerusalem, embodying the spirit of Israel and the story of liberation. In 2024, despite uncertainty and conflict, the people of Shlomit remained steadfast, baking and delivering Matzah for Passover. Now, you can be part of this mission!
