CIVILIAN VICTIM Leah Mosquera, 49 | A Philippine national who worked as a caregiver in Israel, Leah died Sunday from injuries she sustained in an Iranian missile attack on a residential area in Rehovot last month, becoming the 29th fatality in Israel’s 12-day defensive war against the Iranian regime. May her memory be a blessing.
